Project: Quick Lime Processing Plant

GJC was engaged to carry out the electrical and control design for a 70tpa quicklime processing plant to be built following the closure of a Soda Ash facility.  Lime produced in the vertical kilns that was previously used in the manufacture of soda ash was to be processed for sale in the quicklime market.  Field wiring and control panels associated with existing equipment that was to be made redundant when the soda ash plant was closed were assessed and adapted to the new quicklime plant.  The plant was commissioned in a timely manner at a significantly reduced cost to the Client.
